I understand Lux Mobile Nails provides mobile nail services in my home. I agree to provide a safe environment, disclose relevant health conditions, and accept the 30% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows. I assume all risks related to nail services and release Lux Mobile Nails from liability.
